I am a nurse (Psyciatric) and after years of lifting, chasing, wrestling, being chased and general all round physical punishment, my back is quite painful most days.
 
But 30 mins wearing and walking in Chung Shi Trainers has made a huge difference.
 
I normally take enough pain relief medication, each day to knock a small donkey out but today I've not needed any painkillers at all!
